The Pinot Noir emerges at the junction of two important streets in the Vila Rodrigues neighborhood of Passo Fundo, harnessing the strength and fluidity of this confluence to create a striking and dynamic architectural design. The movement of volumes defines different apartment typologies, ensuring that all units are located on corners, offering expansive views and a direct connection to the city. The facade, structured with fins set at various angles, establishes a light and sophisticated visual rhythm while also giving the building a sculptural character. These shifts also generate units with outdoor spaces and terraces. The composition, with variations in the inclinations of the overhangs and balconies, plays a leading role in the project, producing a unique effect.
