Located in the Bela Vista neighborhood, in Porto Alegre, the plot of Rebouças 180 has important assets that guided the project. The square at the meeting of the silent and tree-lined Antônio Rebouças and Antônio Parreiras streets, the preserved araucaria trees and the views from the top of the city were essential inspirations in the creation of an architecture that promotes well-being and comfort. Designed with great attention to detail, some features of Rebouças 180 are striking, such as the spaciousness of the spaces (especially the balconies), the quality of the materials and the wide openings.
