This former industrial hub of the city is undergoing an important and significant revitalization, and we are very proud to be part of this movement. Seeking a volumetric relation with the inventory, we proposed a staggered building until it “fits” at the same height as the pre-existence. This way, in addition to having an interesting compatibility between the new and the old, we generate apartments with terraces facing the best view of the city, Lake Guaíba.
