4D Complex House

It will be built in an important region of Porto Alegre, the 4th District. This former industrial hub of the city is undergoing an important and significant revitalization, and we are very proud to be part of this movement. Seeking a volumetric relation with the inventory, we proposed a staggered building until it “fits” at the same height as the pre-existence. This way, in addition to having an interesting compatibility between the new and the old, we generate apartments with terraces facing the best view of the city, Lake Guaíba.
