The Momentum apartments have the concept of being suspended houses. On the higher floors, the full-floor units have balconies with more than 90sqm, occupying the entire length of the front and side facade. Thinking about how to enjoy, with maximum well-being, the contemplative experience of the views that Parque das Nações provides, the highlight of the project is the sculptural pools, covered in stone and edged with glass.
