Miradero

The Miradero Building, located on the quiet Rua Lauro de Oliveira, in Porto Alegre / RS, combines exclusivity and comfort. With two apartments per floor, both at the front and with living spaces on the corner, the project favors the free view that the topography and the built context offer. The angled balconies are prominent on its main facade and protagonists in the project’s identity. The rooftop, an external common space, offers a privileged panoramic view of the city, while the internal common areas are minimalist and cozy, being designed as an extension of the apartments. Combining pure forms, sophisticated materials and furniture and soft lighting, the spaces are intimate and elegant, an invitation to a contemplative experience.
