The concept of the Las Piedras condominium club was designed based on two principles: Fitting the volume naturally into the topography and the search for the best views. Thus, the project solution allows users access at level to the upper slab of the volume, to contemplate the best view of the condominium in a beautiful roof garden. The same view is also enjoyed from the fitness, gourmet, bar and outdoor pool areas. The indoor pool overlooks the grassy embankment that connects the levels and opens up to the afternoon sun. The use of stone as a featured material strengthens the identity of the project, which seeks a strong connection with the ground.
