Located next to a building from the 1940s, the party seeks to mimic in its materiality the beautiful natural ambience of Gonçalo de Carvalho St, one of the most tree-lined in the state capital. The shape of the building proposes a double staggering, both at the top and at the bottom of the main volume, virtually “detaching” it from the ground.
