Located in Chapecó (SC), the Jardí condominium is surrounded by nature. The generous preserved areas are true forests, which led us to seek an organicist architecture that would interfere as little as possible with the landscape. Exposed concrete and wood are the predominant material of the pure, light and horizontal volumes.⁣ ⁣ The Club House, the condominium's main meeting point, has two floors connected by a staircase carved in concrete. The upper level (access) concentrates the social areas. The lower one, the areas intended for physical activities and wellness spaces. The shape of the volume was designed to make the most of the beautiful view of the natural lake, which coincides with the sunset orientation. Awarded in the Best Apartment / Condominium Development Americas category at the International Property Awards.⁣
